How a Custom Keychain Order Works
- Send your request: logo or artwork, material, approximate size, quantity per design, packaging, destination and target in-hand date.
- Mockup and quote: we send a free digital mockup and a written quote that lists material, size, colors, attachment, packaging and shipping terms.
- Approve: you confirm the final mockup version in writing; for selected orders a physical sample is approved first.
- Production: molds or printing setup, production, assembly of rings or clasps, and quality checks against the approved reference.
- Pre-shipment check: counting, packing and photos of finished goods before shipment on request.
- Shipping: express, air or sea depending on volume and deadline, with commercial invoice and packing list.
